MISSIONARY SPEAKER

We’re very happy to welcome Jeanine White back to SCFBC. Jeanine will be speaking about her missionary work on Wednesday, September 14, at 10:30 A.M. in the church parlor.

Everyone is invited to come and hear her share information about herself and her husband, Walt, both of whom are Global Consultants with International Ministries. She will be describing their mission work around the world. There will be a potluck luncheon following the presentation, to which everyone is invited. Jeanine White is from Yuba City, California, and was appointed by the American Baptist International Ministries (IM) to serve as a Global Consultant. Jeanine serves in partnership with her husband, Walt White, who is also an IM Global Consultant. The White's home church is First Baptist Stockton in Stockton, California.

Jeanine and Walt work with historically under-served people. Together, they teach and train international partners, including cross-cultural workers, pastors and local leaders, to be more effective in communicating the Good News of Jesus Christ.

Jeanine’s work includes a ministry for women and children to help them overcome social and cultural obstacles. She also teaches skills for dealing constructively with the challenges and opportunities of life.
